    Description

    The purpose of this requirement is to invite experienced and qualified firms with demonstrated expertise in pay equity, classification and job evaluation functions to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached instructions, terms and conditions, to assist the CMN to review and update its Job Evaluation Plan, all of the tools of the plan (the Classification Standard, the point breaks/bands, the Job Evaluation Questionnaire, and Benchmark positions), and the Job Description Writing Guide, as appropriate; to classify all of the positions in its bargaining unit for the members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) using the updated Job Evaluation Plan (including providing a detailed rationale for each classification) by April 1, 2024; and to provide advice, guidance, analysis, recommendations and support functions to the Employer representative(s) on its Pay Equity Committee on the work needed to develop a Pay Equity Plan for the CMN by September 3, 2024, in compliance with the requirements of the Pay Equity Act.

    The Canadian Museum of Nature is inviting experienced and qualified bidders to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached instructions, terms and conditions, to provide advisory services in leading the design, development and drafting of a five-year Strategic Plan in accordance with the Scope of Work.
