    The Canadian Space Agency (CSA)’s smartEarth funding program seeks to catalyze innovation and collaboration in ‘Space-based Earth observation’ (SBEO) applications research and development (R&D) in Canada. CSA wishes to develop and conduct a certified Challenge Dialogue System (CDS) consultation related to the role of EO for biodiversity in Canada to inform planning of future smartEarth funding initiatives focused on biodiversity.
