Description
The Contractor shall provide all required labour and administrative support, as well as appropriate field clothing and equipment, including rain gear (boots, pants, jackets) and fish handling gear (waders and wading boots), to safely and effectively carry out operational duties at the Weaver Creek Spawning Channel.
Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires on-demand assistance in the operation and maintenance of a remote spawning channel located in Agassiz, BC. This contract is critical to achieving the program objectives at the Weaver Creek Spawning Channel.
The Contractor must provide up to one (1) Foreperson and up to five (5) Crew members to deliver labour and administrative support, as well as appropriate field clothing and equipment, including rain gear (boots, pants, jackets) and fish handling gear (waders and wading boots), necessary for operational activities at the Weaver Creek Spawning Channel in Agassiz, BC.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/24.
