Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Vehicle Technician Rank Qualification Private (Veh Tech RQ Pte) Training to the 4th Canadian Division. Specifications are defined in Annex Statement of Work. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criterion. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 25 May 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
