    Description

    1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60HN-200ACS Access Control Systems

    2. The Canadian Grain Commission has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of Software and Preventative Maintenance and Remedial Service of the C-Cure 9000 Stand Alone Access Control System.

    3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst qualified suppliers from the Access Control Systems SA from the province of Manitoba only.

    4. The Canadian Grain Commission requires a security integrator to provide preventative and remedial maintenance services for the existing Stand Alone C-Cure 9000 Access Control System (ACS) and to support migration to a remote access platform.

    5. Additional Deliverables:
    -Must submit a written maintenance plan within the first six months of contract award,
    encompassing the entire term of the proposed Contract;
    -must submit a written quarterly maintenance record for all tasks and services completed
    (July/October/January/April each year);
    -make all upgrades, updates and repairs within one month of identifying an issue or from each
    software update release;
    -must submit an itemized list of all ACS equipment that comprises the Canadian Grain
    Commission’s ACS and provide as-built drawings by conclusion of the first year of the contract.

    Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address other than bidreceiving-receptionsoumissions@grainscanada.gc.ca will not be accepted.

    The maximum email file size that the Canadian Grain Commission is capable of receiving is 8 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size.

    The Bidder should be cognizant of the size of the email as a whole, and not only the attachments. Please take into consideration that some attachments, when sent, may be resized during the email transfer. If the email size is too large, the Bidder should send the bid in multiple emails properly labeled with the solicitation number, project name, and indicate how many emails are included (ex. 1 of 2).

    Emails with links to bid documents will not be accepted. Bid documents must be sent as email attachments.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 23 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/04/15.
