This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M5000-23-1143/A dated 7 February 2023 with a closing of 2023 February 23rd at 1400 hrs MST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Title: Window Project – Regina, SK
Solicitation Number: M5000-23-1143/B

Description:

Work on this project is the replacement all windows in two buildings located in Regina, Saskatchewan. This work includes labour, materials, and shipping of materials, as described in the Specifications and Drawings. Both buildings require the removal of all existing windows and to be replaced with new fiberglass windows. Install metal mesh, blinds and security film for selected windows. There are approximately 116 windows to be replaced.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2024 March 31st .

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
