    Description: The National Research Council of Canada’s – Aerospace Research Centre (NRC-AER) requires the supply of advanced RF and microwave test and measurement instruments to support research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) activities in the domain of Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS). These instruments will equip NRC’s specialized Radio Frequency – Electronic Warfare (RF EW) laboratory at the Drone and Flight Autonomy Laboratory (DFAL) at the Centre for Drone Innovation (CDI) in Mirabel, Québec.
    All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31st 2027.

    Basis of selection: Lowest Price

    The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) will award separate contracts for each item to the lowest-priced compliant Indigenous bidder.
