Description of the Requirement:
Transport Canada must engage the services of an audit firm to perform recipient audits on an as required basis under Work Stream 8: Recipient/ Contribution Audit.
The contract will be used for recipient/contribution agreement audits as defined in the Request for Proposal and will be provided on an "as and when requested" basis. The resulting contract will be in effect from the contract award date to March 31, 2027, inclusive and will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
