    Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This requirement is for: Department of National Defence

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 2 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category:

    1. Human Resources Services Stream: 1.5 Compensations Consultant, Junior

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of: one (1) contract.

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

    All qualified SA Holders have been invited to bid.

    Description of the Requirement:

    The Department of National Defence (DND) through the Director Human Resources Business Management (DHRBM) and the Director Military Pay and Allowances Processing (DMPAP) have a requirement for ten (10) Compensation Consultants to provide compensation services to support the Sea Duty Allowance (SDA)/Sub-Marine Allowance (SUBA) and Hardship (HA)/Hardship Bonus (HAB) Allowance Project.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    a) Company Minimum Security Level Required:

    Must hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS).

    b) Resource Minimum Security Level Required:

    Each resource must hold a valid Reliability Status clearance.

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    1. Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);
    2. World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP);
    3. Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA);
    4. Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP);
    5. Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement;
    6. Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement;
    7. Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement;
    8. Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement;
    9. Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement;
    10. Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement;
    11. Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement; and
    12. Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement.

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to one (1) year later, with up to two (2) additional one-year option periods.

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days per resource.
