    File Number: W8486-260258B LSVW Repair & Overhaul Engines and Containers PROPOSED PROCUREMENT W8486-260258B is a repost from W8486-260258A due to errors within DND's template. Best method of resolving this issue according to transparency, fairness and openness is to repost solicitation. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of Light Service Vehicle Wheeled (LSVW) Engines and Containers carry out all necessary processes required to return the items to a fully serviceable condition. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repairs, overhaul, reassembly, calibration, testing, and packaging & preservation process. The following items will be required to be serviced: 30 EA Engines NSN:2815-21-910-7780, part no. 36880:35907, 30 EA Containers NSN: 8145-21-910-7514, part no. 9277233-1:35907 also, with a repair cost for beyond the economical repair (BER) of light service vehicle with wheels (LSVW) The work under this requirement will be carried out over a 2-year period from the effective date of the contract award. The crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
