Description

Transport Canada (TC), Marine Safety and Security (MSS) branch requires the services of a
Senior Human Resources Consultant to assist MSS in executing its multi-year action plan to
address recruitment and retention challenges related to technical inspectors. MSS requires the
services of the Contractor to undertake the entire scope of work and its deliverables to implement
the multi-year action plan.

The estimated level of effort for this requirement is up to 180 days and the work must be
completed by March 31, 2025 at the latest.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 21 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/28.
