    Description: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RFSO) is for the supply of all necessary labour, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary for the services of tree and shrub care and maintenance including but not limited to, pruning, removal of trees and shrubs, removal of stumps and stump grinding, and the moving and transplanting of trees at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Training Academy - Depot Division, Support Services Building and “F” Division Headquarters grounds in Regina, Saskatchewan. Services are to be provided on an “as requested” basis.

    The Standing Offer will be issued for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend the term of the Standing Offer for
    two (2) one (1) year option periods.

    Security Requirements: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to hold a valid Site Access with Escort (FA2) issued by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.

    Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a Standing Offer.
