By means of this RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposal from Bidders to clear between the Canada-US boundary, Highlands Québec/New Hampshire.
There are no security requirements associated with this bid solicitation or any resulting contract. However, the bidder and all proposed resource must hold a valid passport and be legally entitles to work in both countries. (Canada/US).
