    REQUIREMENT
    Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking a qualified and experienced design build team to complete a design-build construction of a minimum 30-unit apartment building within the town of Banff, Alberta.

    TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS

    This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.

    Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.

    Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business”

    Proponents invited to the Stage 2 process are:
    Bird Design-Build Construction Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bird Construction Inc.)
    Kalamoir Construction Inc.
    Scott Builders Inc.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 27 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/03/23.
