Description of the Requirement:
The objective of this requirement is to have senior, intermediate and junior procurement specialists, on an as-and-when-requested basis as defined through task authorizations, support both the Contracting Procurement Unit (CPU) deliver its mandate and the various branches and groups throughout the department in the development of their requirements by developing statements of work (SOW) and evaluation criteria. Although the work completed under this contract will either be for the CPU or the branches (the ‘Client’), all contracts and subsequent TAs will be managed by the CPU.
There will be three streams of Procurement Specialists under each contract:
Stream 1: Operational support for the Contracting and Procurement Unit
Stream 2: Client support to identify and develop procurement requirements
Stream 3: Policy support to develop procurement policies, tools and training

Proposed period of contract:
The Work is to be performed from the date of contract award to April 30, 2025, inclusively.
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one additional two-year period under the same conditions.

Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 22 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/30.
