Senior Procurement Specialist for Long Term Cloud Procurement Project - TSPS

This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category:.
3.7 Procurement Specialist – Senior Level.

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) task-based contract. The estimated number of required resources – up to two.

Description of the Requirement:

ESDC requires Senior Procurement Specialist with experience in complex public sector multi-phase procurement for secure cloud-based service delivery models. The services are to assist ESDC in delivering its long-term cloud service requirement and in establishing a path forward for procurement strategies and developing the corresponding solicitation documents, such as Statement of Requirement, Statement of Work, Terms and Conditions, evaluation requirements and criteria, consultative engagement with industry, and other required artefacts supporting all phases of the procurement activities.

The specialist will work with multi-disciplinary ESDC teams to assess the requirement against available procurement options and to produce detailed procurement strategies and procurement artefacts in order to deliver the ESDC Long Term Cloud service requirement. The specialist may also be required to support other ESDC’s cloud procurement related initiatives.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract and for exactly one year.
The Contractor will grant to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three additional one-year periods under the same conditions.

Estimated Level of Effort:
The actual requirement and level of effort for all resources will be identified through an approved Task Authorization.
