December 20, 2024: Amendment 001 is raised to extend the end date of the solicitation period from December 30, 2024 2:00 PM EST to January 15, 2025 2:00 PM EST.

The contractor must support the overall modernization and transformation of the existing IRCC Global Case Management System (GCMS) and online solutions which aim at reducing application processing times and improving the department’s service delivery and client services.

Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/02/24.
