This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS, who are qualified under: Tier 1 (< 3.75 M$) National Capital Region (NCR), Level 3, Senior Project Leader/Executive.

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS) requires a professional services contract for one Senior Project Leader (Level 3) to assess and develop options for updating the current Aeromedical Training Model used by the Royal Canadian Airforce (RCAF). This work supports a defined project, not ongoing operations. Work includes documenting the current state of training, equipment, and facilities; identifying capability and performance gaps; reviewing allied and comparable programs; and proposing scalable modernization options and producing products to communicate the options analysis and decisions needed for senior leadership. Expected benefits include reduced training risk, improved training effectiveness and air readiness, strengthened workforce and infrastructure planning, and a clear modernization roadmap tied to operational priorities.

Debriefings:
