    Description

    Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the services of a contractor to perform snow clearing, snow removal and ice control services at facilities located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

    Paragraph 4.2 page 5 has been deleted and replaced with :
    4.2 Mandatory Site Visit - Offer | Mandatory no Security Screening
    The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at August 27 2025 at 1015 Arlington St. Winnipeg, MB R3E, beginning at 10:00 am.
    Communication with Mira M Abdillahi, contracting authority :
    Offerors must communicate with Mira M Abdillahi no later than August 25 2025 at 2pm to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended the mandatory site visit. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.
    Clarifications or Changes. Canada will amend the solicitation of offers to reflect clarifications and changes resulting from the mandatory site visit.

    Mandatory Technical Criteria MT2 Annex CRITStatement of Work has been deleted and replaced with Annex Statement of Work

    The estimated contract period will be 54 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/10/03.
