CFHA - Janitorial Services HSC Borden

Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) For Janitorial Services for Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden

This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) – Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA).

1. CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for the procurement of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly janitorial services for HSC Borden.

2. Publication: All solicitation documents will be published at the same time as this NPP on CanadaBuys.

3. Point(s) of delivery: HSC Borden located at 51 Somme Boulevard, Borden, Ontario, L0M 1C0.

4. Security Requirements

5. Proposed period of contract
The proposed period of contract shall be from July 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2028.
There are two (2) one-year option periods.
