This requirement is open only to Learning Services Supply Arrangement Holders. The RFP is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number E60ZH-1700LS. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract.

SSC intends to award one (1) contract from contract award to March 31,2024 , plus two (2) option periods of six (6) months each.

Language: Bilingual (Fluent in French and English) Fluent means that the proposed resources must be able to communicate orally and in writing without any assistance and with minimal errors.
