The Sherbrooke Research and Development Centre requires the services of a Contractor to provide housekeeping services for the Centre’s buildings as specified in Annex A - Statement of Work.

Approximate area to be maintained : 56,008.5ft2 or 5,220m2

Initial period of contract is from May 1st, 2024 to April 30, 2025 with the possibility of extending the contract for 4 additional periods of 1 year each.

Mandatory Site Visit : March 26, 2024 at 10:00am (EDT)

Solicitation closing date : April 11, 2024 at 2:00pm (EDT)
