No contract or other form of commitment will be entered into on the basis of the responses to this RFI. IRCC will not reimburse any costs incurred by respondents.
    -
International and Foreign Workplace Management (RIR) under the International Platform Branch (IPB) at IRCC is reviewing how it obtains full-time, in-person, on-demand services for second official language training for its current and future foreign service officers (FSOs) in the National Capital Region (NCR), for up to 2,270 hours with pay for these officers. These FSOs must acquire and maintain the required qualification standards for each of the three language skills as defined in the Qualification Standards in Relation to Official Languages (qualification standards), in order to meet the language requirements of their position (CCC).
