    Description of the Requirement:

    The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) is undertaking a Program Delivery Modernization approach to advance continued improvements to its processes and systems used for delivering grants and contributions (G&Cs). There is a need for an Agile Project Manager to oversee the continued development and implementation of improvement priorities, including key system enhancements involving CAPRI (a Dynamics-based CRM) and ACOA Direct, the Agency’s client portal.

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Protected B

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from April 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024 with three (3) option periods of six (6) months each.
