REQUIREMENT

Parks Canada requires the Structural remediation of a historic wood framed building including structural repairs and window replacement, as well as electrical and mechanical upgrades.

Construction takes place in a heritage designated visitor center which may be opened to the public during construction.

TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS

This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
