NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for SOLUTIONS-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (SBIPS)
This requirement is for: Department of National Defence
This requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN537-05IT01 who qualified under Tier 1, under the National Capital Region, for the Stream 5: Information Management/Business Intelligence.
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to provide Military Pay Solution (MPS) leadership with a comprehensive Market Scan that will provide market analysis of viable industry SaaS payroll solutions that can support an organisation of 100,000+ employees. This independent report will provide vital information to the MPS team during the Options Analysis phase of the project. The market scan report will focus on leading payroll solutions, distinguishing System Provider functionality and integration considerations for the CAF, key software features, Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) costs for implementation and in-service support.

Debriefings:
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
