Description
Produce a technical & functional program followed by the production of a gap analysis between current and future needs at the Harrow Ontario Research & Development Center greenhouse research complex, and the existing greenhouse research complex. Optional Site Visit It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Harrow Research and Development Centre, located at 2585 County Road 20, Harrow, Ontario, N0R 1G0 on October 3, 2023. The site visit will begin at 10:00 AM local time.
