THIS REQUEST IS RESERVED ONLY FOR PRE-QUALIFIED SUPPLIERS, OF SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT # E60HN-200ACS, for the integration of a new Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems (IDACS), the repair, upgrade and/or expansion of existing IDACS, including the purchase of hardware, software and IDACS services.
Only pre-qualified suppliers of Supply Arrangement E60HN-200ACS have been invited to bid.
Suppliers may qualify under Supply Arrangement E60HN-200ACS, at any time. Interested suppliers should download solicitation document E60HN-200ACS from Canada Buys and submit a response as per the requirements of the Request for Supply Arrangement.
As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice is published on Canada Buys for a period of 15 calendar days. The closing date published on this notice identifies how long the notice will be published. For the closing date of any solicitation under the supply arrangement, invited suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents that have been provided to them, separately from this notice.
Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), has a requirement to modify the existing Intrusion Detection and Access Control System at the AAFC Lacombe Research and Development Centre, located in Lacombe AB.
The work shall be complete on or before March 29, 2023.
Mandatory Technical Criteria:
• There will be a mandatory site visit, invited suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents for details.
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/29.
