Title: GENERATOR INSTALLATION AND PARKING LOT EXPANSION PROJECT - PRINCE ALBERT, SK
Solicitation Number: M5000-23-3670/A
Description:
Full construction services to expand existing asphalt parking lot, landscaping, and installation of new backup generator. Scope of work includes, but not limited to:
- Expand existing parking lot to add 21 new parking stalls, including new sub base and associated grading, asphalt, parking lines, exterior pole mounted lighting, concrete curbs, and block heater electrification.
- Reinstating of landscaping over existing rough grading, including shrubs and grovel mulch.
- Supply and install of new natural gas backup generator on new concrete pad in chain link fenced compound. Work includes instillation of new gas and electrical lines, generator, installation of new transfer switch, distribution panels, and relocation of existing equipment to suit. Work inclusive of mechanical & electrical tie-in to existing building infrastructure, and building fire alarm system.
- Supply and install of two new chilled beams into existing gypsum board ceiling.
- Electrical rough-in for exterior security related devices.
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2025 October 29th.
This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
