The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking to establish a standing offer for the following period: from the date of issue through October 31st, 2028, with the possibility of two (2) additional periods, each of one (1) year.
The purpose of the Request for Standing Offer is to identify an Offeror capable of providing sanitary equipment rental, delivery and maintenance services for various events in the National Capital Region (NCR), as described in Annex "A", Statement of Work.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/11/01.
