NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMNT

Pursuant to Article 513.1 Limited Tendering of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement, this requirement will be evaluated on a No Substitution basis, meaning equivalent products will not be considered and only bids offering the requested item will be considered for contract award.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below. The delivery is requested at CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt.
