DFO has purchased licenses to a module called IT Operations Management (ITOM) and requires the services of an Application/Software Architect to assist DFO technical team to implement it into ASSYST – DFO’s IT Service Management Solution which includes, but is not limited to, the development, support, and maintenance of the tool.

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
