GRAPHIC PRODUCTION SERVICES

Description:
The Government of Canada will be hosting an international event in 2025, to be held in the Province of Alberta on June 15th, 16th and 17th, 2025. Global Affairs Canada (GAC) will be contracting with a company who will provide a range of graphic production services, including but not limited to the production of backdrops, banners, LED products, signage and wall treatments as well as management services to produce such, in a thorough and cost-effective manner.

To ensure the integrity of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, all enquiries and other communications regarding the RFP must be directed only to Audrey Paquin, Procurement Manager at audrey.paquin@international.gc.ca. Interested proponents must not contact any other employee of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), or other persons involved in this solicitation to discuss questions regarding the RFP. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proponent. All enquiries must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Authority no later than 5 calendar days before the RFP closing date and time in order to be considered by GAC. Throughout the RFP bidding process, GAC shall endeavour to provide responses to inquiries (by the issuance of amendment) deemed relevant by GAC and received in writing by the Contracting Authority. Only information provided in amendment shall be an integral part of the RFP and any resulting contract. All amendments will be posted on Tender opportunities | CanadaBuys.

RETURN PROPOSALS TO: Global Affairs Canada by email at ContratsBGS@international.gc.ca Note: The offer email has a maximum capacity of 30 megabytes. Proponent may divide the technical submission into several emails (ie. email 1A, 1B, 1C, etc.) to stay within the 30 megabytes limit per email.
Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offer will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award. The ratio will be 70% for the technical merit and 30% for the price.
