    for

    TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This requirement is for: The Department of National Defence

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1, under the Remote/Virtual Region, for the following categories: Subject Matter Expert (Senior Level) and Evaluation Services Consultant (Intermediate level)

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of up to 2 Contrats.

    Description of the Requirement:

    The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Senior level Subject Matter Expert on an as and when requested basis to support the launch of the implementation of Systemic Racism Class Action (SRCA) Restorative Engagement. DND also requires one (1) intermediate level Evaluation Services Consultant (ESC) on an as and when requested basis to support the planning and development of performance measurement frameworks for SRCA Restorative Engagement.

    Security: There is no security requirements associated with this requirement.

    The following trade agreements apply to the requirement if the Conditional Set-aside for Indigenous is invoked under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) does not apply :

    Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from April 2026 to March 2030.

    Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 120 days

Documents may be submitted in either official language.

    Debriefings:
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
