REQUIREMENT

Parks Canada requires a qualified contractor to construct a new utility building and associated underground utility installation to support a future utility upgrade to the East Gate Operations buildings. The new building will have all new electrical service and distribution equipment. Phase 1 of construction will include a new raw water line, sanitary line with tie-in to existing manhole, installation of new electrical service and associated underground conduit installation to both maintain existing services and prepare for future phases of construction. Existing buildings on-site will remain in place with temporary connections required during construction activities and prior to Phase 2 work.

TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS

This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
