NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 , under the region / metropolitan area, level of expertise and for the following category: 1.2 Organizational design and classification consultant

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:

Library and Archives Canada (LAC) requires a senior organizational design and classification consultant to provide expert advice and support for the review, development, and evaluation of Executive (EX) and non-Executive positions. The work includes organizational restructuring, job description development, classification evaluations, impact analysis, committee support, and advisory services to ensure compliance with Treasury Board Secretariat policies. Services will be provided remotely, with deliverables in English and/or French.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed contract period is from contract award to March 31, 2028, with two additional one-year option periods.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days year.

Debriefings:

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
