    Description

    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a non-recurring requirement to procure a Ku-band parabolic SATCOM antenna system.

    Onward shipment from the delivery point to the consignee will be DND's responsibility. All the deliverables must be ready for shipping no later than eighteen (18) weeks after Contract Award.

    Deliverables are detailed in full in Annex A - Statement of Requirement, of the Request for Proposal.

    It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.

    Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.

    The Bidder must adequately demonstrate in its proposal that the proposed Ku-band parabolic SATCOM antenna system and accessories meet all of the specifications detailed in Section 4. Requirements of the Annex A - Statement of Requirement.

    The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.

    The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.

    Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/05.
