Description of the Requirement:

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires one Senior HR Consultant and one Intermediate HR Consultant to assist CDOS with their HR capacity needs. The Chief Digital Officer Sector (CDOS), is running several competitions during the course of the year and is currently reviewing some of the existing work descriptions along with human resource planning. CDOS has a requirement for the services of a Contractor to provide HR consultants who will provide subject-matter expertise and support related to the project.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award June 30, 2025 with Three (3) additional one (1) year OPTIONS.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 190 days.
