    Nature of Requirements:

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to ensure the delivery of pharmaceuticals to its various correctional institutions within the Quebec Region, from the Regional Pharmacy, located in Laval. The institutions included in this request for quotation are: Laval Complex, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex, Cowansville Institution, Donnacona Institution, Drummond Institution, Joliette Institution and La Macaza Institution.

    Objectives: Provide daily collection and delivery services of pharmaceutical products, from the Regional Pharmacy located in Laval, to the various correctional institution in the Quebec region.

    Deliverables: The Contractor must provide daily collection and delivery services of pharmaceutical products from the Regional Pharmacy.

    Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

    Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

    Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:

    Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of date of Contract to March 31, 2025 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
