    *Amendment 002 extending time to respond to Q&A and allow time for Bidders response*

    Health Canada is seeking solutions-based informatics services to develop, host, and manage a new Health Product Shortages Reporting solution for the mandatory reporting of shortages and discontinuations. This solution will replace the existing Drug Shortages Canada web application (drugshortagescanada.ca) and will also integrate the reporting of Medical Device shortages and discontinuations. The selected firm will handle project management, design, technical development, hosting and ongoing maintenance and support of the new system, consisting of a hosted service, a web interface/site, and a mobile app for download from app store (Android and iOS).
