The Department of National Defence (DND) is dependent on the timely and professional delivery of a Special Purpose Team Leadership Training Course. Military members designated to perform duties within small Special Purpose teams must withstand higher stressors and potential team frictions when performing difficult, sensitive tasks; they are required to receive proper training within a controlled environment.
