The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is inviting Offerors to submit offers for a Standing Offer to provide general maintenance services for employee housing and RCMP detachments in the Nunatsiavut settlement area of Labrador as identified in the Statement of Work section of this solicitation.
The period for placing call-ups against this Standing Offer is one year from award with two 1-year option periods
This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement – Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement (LILCA) (2005) – Appendix A of TB CPN 2006-4: Part of Northeastern Quebec and part of Northern Labrador includes (but is not limited to) Rigolet, Makkovik, Postville, Hopedale and Nain.
This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Supply Manual.
In order to be considered, the Offeror must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
There is a security requirement associated with this Request for Standing Offer.
Basis of selection:
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offer to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated prices will be recommended for issuance of a Standing Offer.
