Mandatory site visit:

Interested bidders must attend to one of the mandatory site visits held on October 23rd and 24th, 2025 at 10:00 am EDT. Meet Eli Kather at 6100 Royalmount Avenue, Montreal, Quebec H4P 2R2, enter via Paré Street.

Description:
The scope of work consists of replacing all existing strobe lights and horns in the majority of the building and installing new devices in additional locations as per the design prepared by TetraTech (refer to the plans for exact quantity and placement).

The estimated contract period will be 9 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/12/01.
