REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

ISED is interested in obtaining the costs, timeframe and capacity of a third party providing services to assess, review and update ISED’s Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Program:
- Phase 1 – Departmental Workplace Assessment;
- Phase 2 – Focused Workplace Assessments;
- Phase 3 – Program and Policy Review and Development
- Phase 4 – Support and Implementation
This will provide the department with the necessary information to provide Senior Management with a realistic estimated cost for each phase to make an informed decision for a possible future RFP. With this RFI, we will collectively gain knowledge around what services are available.
As part of your response, please provide an overview of your services. Areas of particular interest to us are numbered below:
- Company Background;
- Main tasks that can be expected for each phase;
- Capacity, estimated resources required for each phase;
- Timeframe estimated for each phase;
- Costs estimated for each phase;
- Bilingual capacity; and,
- Expertise in Workplace Assessments
