    Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Template for THS NCR
    Procurement personnel may use the text below when posting a Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) on Canadabuys.canada.ca under the Temporary Help Services (THS) in the National Capital Region (NCR) supply arrangement (SA). Clients should consult the THS business rules to determine when the posting of an NPP is mandatory (all requirements that has a value above the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) threshold).
