    PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of Light Utility Vehicle Wheeled (LUVW) Starters and Alternators, to have all necessary processes performed to return the items to a fully serviceable condition. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repairs, overhaul, reassembly, calibration, testing, and packaging & preservation process. The following items will be required to be serviced:
    Starters 2920-12-390-4158, P/N: NCAGE 461151010188: D80846 175EA
    Alternators 2920-12-362-5308, P/N: NCAGE 6121500250:CN7Z7 110 EA,
    also, with a repair cost for beyond the economical repair (BER) of light utility vehicle with wheels (LUVW)
    The work under this requirement will be carried out over an initial period of a three (3) year period with a possible 3 (1) year option period from the effective date of the contract award.
    The crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    Debriefings
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/11/16.
