NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) For Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS TASKS)

This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region under Stream 1: 1.1 Human Resources Consultant – Senior, 1.2 Organizational Design and Classification Consultant – Senior, 1.4 Employee Relation Consultant – Senior, 1.5 Compensation Consultant – Senior, 1.6 HR Information System Consultant – Senior, 1.7 Leadership Development Consultant – Senior, 1.8 Staffing Consultant – Senior, 1.9 HR Policy Development Consultant – Senior, 1.10 HR Assistant Consultant - Senior.

Description of Work:
Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has identified the need to have access to specialized HR professional services resources to backfill and/or augment OSFI HR staff, on a temporary and as-and-when-requested basis, in the performance of the Chief Human Resources Officer mandate.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability status
