The College at Employment and Social Development Canada (College@ESDC), as part of its learning strategy, has used the Workforce Planning Exercise of 2024-2027 to identify Artificial Intelligence as a critical skill gap. Pursuant to the Artificial Intelligence learning strategy developed by the College@ESDC, we are seeking to enhance employee and manager capabilities in using Generative AI (GenAI) tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot and other emerging technologies. These learning offerings aim to support digital transformation, improve productivity, and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
