    Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking information about available Artificial Intelligence end-user training currently in the marketplace for ESDC employees.

    The College at Employment and Social Development Canada (College@ESDC), as part of its learning strategy, has used the Workforce Planning Exercise of 2024-2027 to identify Artificial Intelligence as a critical skill gap. Pursuant to the Artificial Intelligence learning strategy developed by the College@ESDC, we are seeking to enhance employee and manager capabilities in using Generative AI (GenAI) tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot and other emerging technologies. These learning offerings aim to support digital transformation, improve productivity, and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

    This RFI is neither a call for tender nor a bid solicitation. No agreement or contract will be entered into based on this RFI. The issuance of this RFI is not to be considered in any way a commitment by the Government of Canada, nor as authority to potential respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Government of Canada.
