-Description of the Requirement:

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking to contract an evaluation consultant (the Contractor) to conduct a summative evaluation of the renewed Investment Readiness Program (IRP).

The Contractor will evaluate the results of the program against its intended outcomes to inform future policy direction.

-Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract will be from Contract award to August 31, 2024.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 11 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/20.
