REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada requires exterior renovations on four residential buildings located in Lake Louise, Alberta. The work includes: the removal and disposal of the existing roof components down to the existing roof deck and replacement with a new roof; and painting of exterior building elements (siding, trim, fascia, railings, columns, doors as required, etc.) including but not limited to surface preparation and removal/disposal of the existing chipped/flaking/loose lead-based paint.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business”
